Strawberry and Chocolate Cheesecake

Last night we had lovely friends around for dinner. There were five kids in the house...

So by way of entertainment I got them to decorate these Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Then I cooked a Jamie Oliver recipe from 30 Minute Meals. I made Cypriot-stuffed chicken, which was basically some herbs, sundried tomatoes, garlic and feta, with lemon zest all chopped up and stuffed inside a chicken breast and gently fried... served with some boiled rosemary potatoes and a big Greek salad.
At this point we had drunk quite a lot of Grenache, so I completely forgot to take any photos! Despite talking A LOT about this blog... whoops!

For Dessert I made Jen's Place Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake. This was really really delicious! Second helpings for some!

    1. I do like it, I've used it lots, but usually only when I need something quick. You can mix and match as well from it (using your own brain!). He does use some shortcuts though, like a curry paste, so a quick authentic curry, you won't find in it. One or two recipes I've done over and over, but some I haven't even attempted.

  3. Sorry, can I ask (I've been meaning to) How long did it take you to get your admin email from the UK Food Bloggers Association? I signed up weeks ago and haven't heard anything, and I can't seem to find an email address to contact the on, I tried tweeting them but nothing.

    1. It was quite quick I think, next day I think, certainly within a few days, I was quite surprised as I'd only just started my blog. Are you sure it went through?
